Cheese Gifts are available in Medium, Sharp or Extra Sharp. All 3 lb. Wheels are available in either Medium or Sharp. To specify the desired flavor, simply add the letter [M]edium, [S]harp or [E]xtra [S]harp at the end of the Gift Number. All cheese is vacuum sealed in 1 lb. pieces. Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS Special handling unless otherwise requested. Please advise us if special shipping arrangements are needed. Pricing does not include the cost of packing and shipping. A charge of $10.00 will be added for an incorrect address. Please contact us for shipments outside of the Continental United States. Upon arrival, the cheese should be refrigerated, then re-wrapped in plastic wrap after it is cut. Granville Cheese is a natural and perishable food product, with no artificial preservative added. If spoilage should occur, simply cut off the affected portion, re-wrap the remaining cheese in fresh plastic wrap, and enjoy! Granville Cheese may be frozen, but it will become crumbly after thawing. Regardless of storage, to ensure full enjoyment and the very best of flavor and texture, serve your Granville Cheese at room temperature.
